  • UPGRADE: Oceanview One Bedroom suite to Oceanview Two Bedroom suite: * US$150 per night December 16, 2012 to April 12, 2013 * US$100 per night April 13, 2013 to December 15, 2013 * US$150 per night, December 16, 2013 – January 6, 2014.

  • SUITES: Large One, Two and Three bedroom suites with two twin beds and a king size bed, large living area, balcony, kitchen with refrigerators filled with family favorites, full bathrooms, day beds, free WiFi, iPOD Docks, DVD Players and satellite TV.
  • CANCELLATION PENALTY: Two nights cancellation charge if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Outside of two weeks you are required to pay one night’s deposit. Three night’s rate if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years, Feb 12-20, 2012 and April 1-12, 2012.
  • MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT: 3 night stay
  • PAYMENT POLICY: A three night deposit is required to guarantee all overseas bookings, with the balance due four weeks prior to arrival.
  • TWO BEDROOM SUITES require a minimum of 3 adults to be applicable for the two bedroom rate.
