Single Supplement:
US$50 per adult per night Oceanview: December 19, 2008 to April 16, 2009
                                              and December 18, 2009 to January 7, 2010.
US$70 per adult per night Oceanfront: December 19, 2008 to April 16, 2009
                                              and December 18, 2009 to January 7, 2010.

Children's Policy: Children under 6 years old are free.
Children 6 to 15 yrs:
US$40 per night per child December 19, 2008 to April 16, 2009
US$35 per night per child April 17 to December 17, 2009
US$40 per night per child December 18, 2009 to January 7, 2010

Teens 16 - 19 yrs: US$80 per night per teen December 19, 2008 to January 7, 2010

Cancellation Penalty: One night cancellation charge if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. 3 night's rate if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival March 27 - April 24, 2009.

Minimum Stay Requirement: 3 night stay

Payment Policy: A three night deposit is required to guarantee all overseas bookings, with the balance due three weeks prior to arrival, EXCEPT four weeks prior to arrival for Easter Week holiday.

Upgrade to two bedrooms in connecting suites:
US$120 per night December 19, 2008 to April 16, 2009
US$60 per night April 17 to December 17, 2009
US$120 per night December 18, 2009 to January 7, 2010
