Single Supplement: US$75 per adult per night December 16, 2011 to April 12, 2012 AND
and December 16, 2012 to January 6, 2013.

Children's Policy: Children under 6 years old are free.

Children from 6 to 15 years:
US$40 per night per child April 29, 2011 to December 16, 2011  AND April 13, 2012 to December 16,2012
US$50 per night per child December 16, 2011 to April 12, 2012 AND December 16, 2012 to January 6, 2013.

Special Teens' Rate: Teens 16 - 19; US$80 per night per teen year round.

Cancellation Penalty:

Two nights cancellation charge if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Outside of two weeks you are required to pay one night's deposit.
Three night's rate if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years,
Feb 12-20, 2012 and April 1-12, 2012.

Minimum Stay Requirement: 3 night stay

Payment Policy: A three night deposit is required to guarantee all overseas bookings, with the balance due three weeks prior to arrival, EXCEPT for Easter when the balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.

Upgrade: From Oceanview One Bedroom suite to Oceanview Two Bedroom suite for:
US$100 per night April 29, 2011 to December 15, 2011 AND April 13, 2011 to December 15, 2012.
US$150 per night December 16, 2011 to April 12, 2012 AND December 16, 2011 to January 6, 2013
