ROOMS & SUITES:
There are 52 deluxe 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom suites with separate living and dining areas, coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator and cable TV, hair dryer, iron and iron board, safety deposit boxes, all with large balconies or a garden terrace and just steps from the sea.
VACATION NANNY:
Included in our rates, Each family is assigned their own, exclusive Vacation Nanny upon arrival. Your Nanny is with you daily from 8:30 am to 4:40 pm. She is professionally trained in child care and housekeeping. There is a nominal charge of US$12.00 per hour if you require her services after 4:40pm, payable directly to her. US$50 per day for additional nanny. She is the family’s Vacation Assistant and will care for your children all day from giving them a bath to feeding them to taking them to their activities, so Mom and Dad can enjoy their vacation too.
BAR & LOUNGE:
All premium brand bar drinks, beer and wine are included in the holiday package. Wine is served with lunch and dinner. Open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

SPORTS AND LEISURE:
Watersports such as snorkeling, kids and adult kayaks, glass bottom boat rides are available daily. The use of all sports, gym and tennis facilities with equipment and instructors are included. Waterslides including the 100′ Big Blue slide and activities pool; Kiddie slide in the main pool and a gentle ‘Toddler’ slide and toddler waterfall for the little ones. Miniature Golf Course, Basketball, shuffleboard and pickle-ball.
GYM:
Open air, modern, fully equipped cardiovascular and fitness gym is open every day. This equipment are for guests 16 years and older and includes: Stationery Bicycles, Treadmills, Step Machines, Weights and Fitness equipment. An attendant is on duty to assist you. We also offer aerobic and aquacize classes as part of your vacation package.
GAMES ROOM:

YELLOW BIRD KIDS CLUB:
Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily and is just bursting with the latest educational games, toys of all kinds plus art and craft activities in the Outdoor Craft Centre, a TV room for movie nights. The staff provide hours of supervised fun for children from 2 to 11 years including activities such as pizza making, snorkeling lessons, toy drones, tie and dye lessons, shell collecting, sand castle contests, scavenger hunts, a kiddies’ themed dinner, Krazy dress up parties and rain disco.
PRETEENS & TEENS PROGRAMS:
Supervised daily activities for pre-teens and teenagers include aerobics lessons, video games, bicycle tours, beach volleyball, pool volleyball, art and craft lessons, tennis, shuffleboard, miniature golf, pickle-ball, fashion shows, treasure hunts and capture the flag. Special excursions for teens may also be arranged at nominal cost.

WiFi is free property wide and you’ll be able to work while on vacation or just keep in touch with family and friends at home.
Franklyn D Resort and Spa also offers suitable conference and meeting room facilities for large or small groups if you should need to mix business with fun.

Open 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on selected days. “The Gift Shop” offers tropical fashions, tee shirts, coffee, hand-painted batik-wear/sarongs, swimwear, souvenirs and sundry items.

Birthdays, anniversaries, family reunion, or any other special occasion, please advise your Vacation Nanny, a coordinator or The Front Office two days in advance.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
Dryers are available adjacent to the Craft Shop on the Eastern end of the Resort. Dry cleaning facilities are also available. US$20 per load which includes washing and drying.
FRONT OFFICE:
Exchange Bureau 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mail, Information, Taxis and Messages. ATM not provided on site- However, you can do a cash advance of US$100 per day at the Front Desk. Receptionists can assist in organizing Excursions for your family.

WEATHER IN RUNAWAY BAY:
The weather can get very hot and sunny. We advise the use of sunscreen at all times when exposed to the sun, with regular reapplication, especially for children to prevent sunburn.
GETTING TO JAMAICA:
Many airlines fly daily to Montego Bay. These include: Caribbean Airlines, Southwest, American Airlines, British Airways, US Air, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, JetBlue, Air Tran and many more.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Guests need a picture Government I.D. to enter Jamaica. Guests traveling via the United States or returning to the United States will need a valid passport.
