The Suites show ocean & garden views and the flowers bloom all year round. Little-known fact: Jamaica also has beautiful mountains. FDR has some of the greatest staff you will ever meet. Their warmth and willingness to assist with anything will make you feel instantly cared for. Nothing is a bother and nothing is too hard to get done. Our team is specially trained to deal with children. Kids immediately sense that they belong here and instantly feel at home and secure. This creates peace of mind allowing parents to fully relax, knowing their children are happy and close by.

Our Suites are exceptionally spacious providing everyone with plenty of room and privacy. Imagine not having to step over each other's luggage and being able to watch TV late at night because the kids are in their own room and there is lots of time to do everything or nothing at all.

FDR is very convenient to get to. We are located in Runaway Bay, which is just 1 hour away from the Montego Bay Sangster's International Airport, which is serviced by many daily flights to Jamaica.

For those looking to explore, there is an abundance of tours nearby attractions such as Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountains, and Chukka Cove. These tours are easily accessible via the front desk.

I’m so, so glad I found this place–we actually cancelled another trip to book at FDR. Sadly, we booked for right after Hurricane Melissa hit, but they rebooked us with no issues. Taking the hurricane into account, the resort looks great. Some parts were closed for repairs, which is completely understandable, and everyone made the best of it. I can completely understand why people come here year over year (we may have been the ONLY family there who wasn’t yet a repeat visitor!), and I cannot thank every person at FDR enough for making our very first family vacation such a beautiful experience.
